Terms of Use

Read this document carefully. This is a legal document that lays out the Terms governing your use and interaction with FlightSim.asia. Your continued use of the FlightSim.asia website and its services constitutes agreement to these Terms.

This is a contract made between:

1. You; and,
2. FlightSim Asia Pte. Ltd. (herein “we”, “us”, “our”, the “Company”, the “website”, “FlightSim.asia” or “FlightSim Asia”), a private limited company registered in Singapore (UEN 202539554H)

Registration

1. If you are under 18, seek your parent’s permission before registering an account.
2. If you are under 13, you may not register an account.
3. These Terms shall commence being in-force when you create an account with FlightSim.asia or you authorise an account to be created on your behalf.
4. These Terms shall remain in-force for the duration of your account’s existence.
5. FlightSim.asia may update these Terms from time-to-time and will give you written notice to your provided e-mail address if we do.

Conduct

1. You shall not use the FlightSim.asia website or services in any way that could reasonably cause disruption, offence or harm to FlightSim.asia and its staff, contractors, or users.

Moderation

1. As we deem necessary, FlightSim.asia reserves the right to, without notice:
   1. Remove, censor, or limit content posted to FlightSim.asia
   2. Terminate or limit access to your account

Third Party Content Indemnity

1. FlightSim.asia shall not be held responsible for third party content or for the conduct of third parties via FlightSim.asia.
2. FlightSim.asia makes no guarantee to the quality of third party content. Use of third party content is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

1. FlightSim.asia and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Content Submitted By You

What you may submit

1. We may allow you to submit free content to FlightSim.asia for the enjoyment of the community.
2. Any content you submit must be represented honestly and accurately.
3. Content you submit must be directly related to home flight simulation, and must not be intended for actual air navigation or aircraft operation.

Donations & Payment

1. You must not collect fees or require payment for access or modifications to content you submit.
2. Any donations you accept, including through external platforms, must not be used to grant access to additional or modified versions of content submitted to FlightSim.asia.

Copyright

1. You may only submit content to FlightSim.asia for which you hold unlimited intellectual property rights, or for which you have been granted written permission by the rights holder.

Grant of Licence

1. You hereby grant an unlimited, non-transferable, royalty-free, irrevocable licence for FlightSim.asia to reproduce, redistribute, remix, transform, and publicly display any content you submit.
2. You will not submit content to FlightSim.asia if you object to your grant of this licence, as doing so may hinder us from publicising your content during the normal operation of FlightSim.asia.

Liability

1. You shall accept full liability for any content you submit, including its use or misuse, and with respect to intellectual property disputes.
2. You shall not hold FlightSim.asia responsible in any way for any disputes or liabilities that may arise from your content.

Governance

1. This contract shall be governed under the laws of Singapore.
2. Should any part of this contract be found legally void, the remaining parts remain in-force.
